There’s a problem in my mailbox. When i click on the Preferences button from the action bar in the mailbox, i get a message “Your availability time range is invalid, please correct” followed by two - three error messages and then Preferences dialog box opens. Why this error message is appearing?

Its not working. Everytime date range is selected, the message - ‘Your availability time range is invalid, please correct’ appears, followed by the message - ‘Cannot locate field’ and is not saving the changes. Which part of preferences should be carefully checked? Kindly put forward any idea regarding this.Thanks.
