Problem with password digest when password was changed

Hi,

I have a little problem with a client, every month the password need be changed and when a user click on yes option to change he has problem with password digest, but if he click on no option and change manualy dosn’t have problem.

I known as a fix the problem with the digest but I need fix the problem that occours when he change the password. It’s occours with many users.

Well, when the password user is next to expire the user recive a alert about it. On this alert says “your password will expire on dd/mm/yyyy, do you like to change it now?” and give the option to change or not.

When he click on Yes and change the password the user have the problem “another id used different another password please contact to your administrator”, but if he chose No option and change the password going on toolbar File > Security > User Security… and change this way he wasn’t have problem. Any idea?
