Problem with notes client

Hi,

Lately I have been getting some problems in Notes client. My inbox becomes blank suddenly, I mean there are mails but cannot see them. Any idea what is the problem and if I delete the cache.ndk will that help me? And by deleting the cache file will it affect my seetings for lotus notes like teamstudio etc.

try hitting the HOME button? This will bring the screen back to the left where the data is visible.

Here’s one possibility: check the buttons at the top of your inbox. If you see a button labeled “View All” then you are currently looking at only unread emails.

Quite funny, I deleted the bookmark file alone and everything was normal. Not sure why this caused in first place. Anyway will you know guys if I face problem again. Thanks for all help and suggestions.
