hello all,
i have a problem with one of my user’s Sent folder. Whenever she sends an email the sent email goes to the Sent folder for a brief amount of time (5-10 seconds) and then it gets deleted.
how can i avoid this? I want all the emails she sents to be saved in the Send Folder.

This is highly unusual behaviour for the Notes client. Have you tried replacing the design of this mail file? This should not be happening. I would replace the design first. Then, if the problem persists, run compact -c, fixup, and updall on the file. Otherwise, the user may have created an agent that is erroneously deleting messages from the sent folder.
