I have a mail rule that says;When to or cc contains user.name@address.com
send full copy to - external address
AND
move to folder.
The rules is working but in the folder I only got several copies of the rule, not the emails.
If I open All documents view I can see the mail that is in the folder.

Sound like either the folder you moving the documents to is corrupted or the design for the folder is the rules folders.
Try using the Actions/Folder/Upgrade Folder Design - Choose manual then select the folder you want and upgrade its design. Make sure that you select "($Inbox) at the bottom of the Manual upgrade dialog to get the design from.
