Hi,
I have some problems with some users. That users are listed on some mailgroups, that groups has access to some databases so the users must have access to the databeses. But they haven’t that access.
If I go to Domino Administrator and use the tool Manage Groups i can find the users, but if I want to see the option “Only member hierarchies” then I see that they aren’t in any group. I tried to delete the users from the groups, save and put in again, but the result is the same, on Manage Groups the server show that they aren’t in any group.
Of course it isn’t general with all users, only 10 of 3000 have the problem.
Can anyone show me how to resolve this problem without creating the users again?
