Problem with from address sending mail to the internet

Hi,

We’ve a problem with sending mail to the internet, a user has 2 mail databases (2 differtent addresses) when sending with his normal account everything goes oke, but when he send with the other account then mentioned in the location document the from address is

Jan_Jansen_confidential/companyname%companyname@companyname.net

Also when sending mail to an internet address and in the cc a notes email addres the cc field of the message of the interuser is Jan_Jansen_confidential/companyname%companyname@companyname.net

Actually what the notes server should do is when a message leaves the local domain convert all adresses to internetadresses

Is this maybe a task on the server?

Are you having trouble with ALL users or just this one with two addresses?

All users, (who send e-mail with in cc a notes users)

And also the one with two e-mail adresses, but then the from address shows also a notesmail address
