Problem with frameset and wk.ReloadWindows

I have a notes application that runs in the notes client I have a frameset with 2 frames. In the top frame I have a view with documents listed. In the bottom frame I display a webpage. In the postopen of the selected doc I set an environment variable that contains the URL of the webpage that needs to be opened in the bottom frame. I then do a notesuiworkspace.reloadwindow to load the webpage. Everything worked as expected until I started testing it on different machines.

I run the code on 2 similar workstations but on one the notesuiworkspace.reloadwindow reloads continually.

Specs of both Machines:

OS Windows XP Pro SP2

LN version 7.02 and 7.01 (I tried it on both)

I have tried replacing the webpage with a notes page and it had the same behavior.

I am wondering if there are any settings that might cause this type of behavior.

Please help because, I really don’t know what to do at this point, and I need the application to be able to work.

Thank you.

Beatrice

Subject: Problem with frameset and wk.ReloadWindows

Without testing it, I would expect it not to work as you are reloading the whole window.

In theory it would reopen the view, clear the environment variable. This could then get into a loop.
