I have one site where we was manually locking documents when we was using release 5. Today, after upgrade to release 6.02 CF1, we’ve removed our script to lock documents. After reading the insructions, our ACL is fixed, and “Allow document locking” option in Db properties is selected.
When I use my ID, and open documents, I can see in the document being locked, and when the document is closed, the document is being unlocked.
My problem is that other users are not getting documents unlocked, and those documents remain locked a long time. In a normal way, the same users are using same documents, so the fact the document is allready locked by someone else is not so relevant. I’ve built a view where only documents locked are there, and I can see documents locked by users, in different dates. All the users are closing their WS, so in night hours is supposed to be no documents locked.
I don’t have any more details, but if someone is having the same problem, or a solution, let me know.
