Problem with delivery (Error 550)

Hi all,

some users are receiving the message:

Error transferring to smtp11.LIBERO.IT; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 550 5.5.0 Mail rejected due to malformed MIME headers

when they try to send to an external mail. Is it a “my side” error? If yes, does anybody knows what change?
