I am having trouble with one person autoprocessing reservations in the Resource database.
We have two different OUs, /CoA and /CoB. Users with the /CoB certifier are part of a company we have merged with, who are using the Notes client for database access, with Outlook for e-mail.
I have multiple rooms set up in the Resource database with autoprocessing for a list of users, with all others requiring owner approval.
We added several users with the /CoB certifier to the autoprocessing list. of those, the last one we added is not able to autoprocess reservations, hers get submitted to the resource owner for approval.
Other users with the same certifier are not reporting this problem.
I thought it might be due to the size of the field getting too big, so I replaced the list with a group, didn’t make a difference.
Anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing the problem, I would greatly appreciate any constructive feedback.
