I have a user ‘UserA’ with a DB on a server ‘X’. The archive file of this DB is on a server ‘Y’. The user will give delegation to a user ‘UserB’ on the archive file. The process didn’t work? Anybody have a idee ?

Hi - Archiving requires a minimum of mailfile owner with Editor access, or Manager access for anyone who isn’t the named mailfile owner. So delegated access users will not be able to perform archive functions.
But if you open your server-based archive db, and go through Mail - Prefs to assign delegated access to this database, it should work fine. What exactly are you seeing?
