Problem while opening Mail box

Hi,

When I try opening my Mail box icon on my Workspace I am getting an error says “The Remote Server is not know TCP/IP host”. When I open through the IP address its (mail box) opening fine. Can any one help on this?

You might need a Connection Document which references the hierarchical server name and DNS FQDN or IP to help resolve to the server.
