Problem when trying to rename a user

We have a user that is certified under a old OU and we are trying to move him to the correct OU

When I try Rename selected User from domino admin, a pop up box displays Rename selected HTTP, POP3, and IMAP prople.

I have checked his note licence under his person doucment, his licence is notes.

Please help

You get that popup when the Notes certified public key field in the person doc is blank
