I have a user that can not send/reply to emails through the web access of Notes 8. He is not using the client, he using the web access. The user can navigate throughout the web access but cant sent emails. The page loads like it will send an email but the message area shows the little red “x”.
If you have any ideas, that would be great.

Cannot be specific for this problem, but… the red x appears when notes is unable to access the content to be displayed. Often this is seen when an email contains html links to web data but the user does not have internet access, or the option to “Load images” on the advanced tab in the location doc. If you can identify what is supposed to be shown, and where it resides, this might help.

What am I looking for on the advanced tab in the location document?
The “x” appears in the body of email. The message part of the email, this area is suppose to be blank.
Now on the replys when this happens there are many different things that could be there.
