Problem sending external meeting invitations

Hi All,

Having problems with sending meeting invitations to external addressses. After sending it we receive an email with:

“Error transferring to 10.0.0.1; Special database object cannot be located”

If I check to console,I can see the same error as well as:

"CD to MIME error (Process: Router (0000A067:00000019), Database: /Domino/Dom/Data/mail2.box, Note: 00D2FA2A)

: Special database object cannot be located"

So far I have tried replacing the design with 8.5 and 8.0.1 templates both with the same issue. I have also tried changing the internet address mail format in the loation document to MIME format and rich text. It actually worked once in MIME format but then I tried again without chaning anything and failed…

Server and client are both 8.5

Server is AS400 V5R4

If anyone has any thoughts on this let me know.

I think I solved this problem. I have 2 mail boxes and the error only occurs when the mail is being transfered from mail2.box, this is why it was so intermittent. I’m going to recreate this mailbox when I can and hoefully this should fix it.

Subject: Please open PMR with Lotus Support and send the bad mail2.box to Lotus Support for evaluation…

You may want to first attempt running fixup -j against the mail2.box… You’ll also want to copy any mail from that mail2.box to the new one so you don’t lose any mail…
