Problem Resource Reservation using dwa7 template

I Need Help for this:

I using dwa7.ntf template to create resource reservation template. Databese name is reservation.nsf

Reason i using mail template because want enable booking room and resource at the same form.

The problem is when user book room or resource email from room or resource will send to user and give confirmation room or resource book already send to room or resource owner to response.

Also another email will send to room or resource owner by room or resource using reservation.nsf database for response owner wheather want accept or decline.

I only want email send to the room and resource owner only.

So, how can i remove email confirmation from resource or room because user don’t need a confirmation.

I think, it’s an internal process. The approval is done in R6 by the router, in R7 it’s the RRmrg process. SO i don’t think you can change this confirmation.
