I have a client that can print a single message of multiple pages just fine, but if they print multiple messages from the inbox (File, Print, Selected Documents) the first page of the first message prints fine, then enough blank pages to fill out the total pages comes out of the printer.
Admittedly, it could be the printer (I print just fine, and cannot recreate from my desk) or the network (they are on a different segment) or possibly the combination of driver/vehicle could be the issue.
I’ve searched here, and not finding anything. Any help would be appreciated.
