I am having an issue with one of my users. This user is a roaming user using LN 8.5. The user has a replica of her address book on the roaming server like it should and on her local machine.
When she tries to open the Server’s replica of her address book, the only address book that ever opens if the local copy. We can not, for the life of us, open the servers replica as it always opens the local copy.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we get the server’s copy open? We though that maybe somehow it had a different replica ID and wasn’t the correct replica. So we deleted the replica on the server and recreated it. Same results.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
