I have searched the whole forum and technote but can’t find my problem.
I built an R&R database and is testing the application.
I had tried a scenario for a web client user to book a room thru web where the room is owned by another Notes client user.
After making the requst, there is an entry on “Waiting for approval” view and the owner receive a mail notification.
However, when the owner goes to open the entry and click the “Accept” button to approve, nothing happens and the entry disappear without appearing on the Reservations view. But if the owner click the “Decline” button, the entry simply appears on the “Declined” view.
But the whole scenario works normal and ok if both owner and the requester are Notes client users.
Had anyone encountered my situation?
