After logging into the notes client, the Scan Unread dialog box popup and unread count is more than zero’0’. When the user click on “View first unread”, the following message comes out:
“The next unread document is not selected by any view. You can read but not navigate to other documents.”
When the user clicks “OK” for that message, the mail can be viewed. But again, the user cannot delete that particular opened mail from the DELETE menu on that document.
Any suggestion to solve that problem plz…
