Problem in Search Site

Hi all,I am facing a problem in Search site.The result contains labels but actually i need only field value.Also the result page shows only database names as links in the first column.

My query is http://servername/srchsite.nsf?SearchSite&Query=FIELD+fiednameTX+=xyz pls tell what is wrong in this query.
