There is a Group “GRP_1” is listed in authors field of the document, but in Readers field some other groups and roles are listed. In my Database GRP_1 group is having author access. But still the group member is not able to see the documents. There are no individual entries also in ACL.
And also in some of the documents the GRP_1 is listed in both readers and authors filed those documents also not able to see by the GRP_1 members.
What could be the problem?

You need to check if the other groups are listed in the database ACL?Readers and Authors fields can only refine the ACL - they cannot override it - so if some group/person is not present in the ACL then they will not be able to read/edit the document.
A word of advice though - this forum and all other such forums should be resorted to only if you have exhausted all your other search resources and cannot come up with a solution - please remember this is not a classroom - your first point of search should be Domino Help and then your own logic!
