Hi all,In our company the users are not able to open the any attachment send by a particular user of our company.I have checked for virus in his PC.Can any one help me out to solve the problem…

Search the 4 and 5 forum for winmail.dat and you’ll get a ton of hits. The winmail.dat attachment is in Microsoft’s propietary format and you won’t be able to read it in Notes. There is a client setting in outlook that needs to be changed. It isn’t controlled in Notes. Do a search and you should be able to find the relevant documents pretty quickly with a full explanation.
