We have one user who is able to send the mails . But he is not able to recieve the mails .During replication system is showing number of new mails but in inbox there is not mail.
Would you please help .
User is also able to login to same time and do chating .

If you look at the users’ All Documents view, are the messages in there? If so, one of these might help:
