Problem in mail

Hi all Experts, I have a problem that when ever any mail will come in my server that agent will fired.

Right now 100 Mailboxs are in my server.

So where I will write the agent that when ever any mail will comes any one mail box the agent will fired?

Please guide me?

I think you will have to create that agent in each mail file (create it in the template andpush it into the mail files using servers design task). In the mail files you can create an

agent which runs after mail arrives.

Hi Mic, Thanks for the response.Mic If I am send a mail so is there any place from where the mail transfred.

Like Router etc.

Please guide me that from which place the mails transfered. Is there any nsf or ntf.

So that i will write my agent in that .nsf

Write your agent in the .ntf file that the recipient mailboxes use. Refresh the mailfiles from the newly changed template. Enjoy.

no, like Ben wrote, there is nonsf the mails are in before they

are transfered to the users mail boxes.

Look in the users mail file properties which

template for them is used, change

the template on the server (probably mail6.ntf) and populate

users mail files using designer task

of server.
