Problem in login using aliases

Hi,I have a problem, a person document in the domino directory contains 3 aliases(UserName).

User is being able to login to the web-based application using the first two aliases without any problem, but when he tries to login using third alias, he is denied access.

Can you help me out why this is happening.

Can you put those aliases? Mainly problem is with national characters.

the uernames/aliases mentioned in the person document of the user are as below:-----------------------------

Lia yang/Research

Lia yang

XJ03535

user is being able to login using first two aliases/usernames but “XJ03535” not working

i hv also checked that this username “XJ03535” is unique in the domino directory.
