Hi, a user reported this problem:
You will see I have attached 2 screen shots above. The first contains the results of a search for “Hansmann”. The second screen shot shows there is an email in my inbox from Richard Marley with the word “Hansmann” in the subject field that didn’t get picked up by the Search function.
This happens often, I will try to search for all emails to do with a particular title, but often 1 or more emails relating to the title aren’t picked up by the Search function, it’s very irritating and means I sometimes miss emails, especially if I have a particularly full inbox.
I tried this search using the Search bar at the top-centre of the inbox page, and also with the Search bar at the top-right of the page, and the same results came up with each search, both missing Richard Marley’s email.
Is this something you could help with?
