Problem in Copy as Document Link - Urgent

Hi,

I have a form which conatains a field called “URL” which is Text and Editable and has some url written into it.

When I am trying to copy the doument as Link by selecting the Option “Copy as Document Link” then very strange thing is happening.Instead of getting the doclink i am getting the value of URL field.

But when i am trying the option “Copy selected as table” then it is working perfectly ok.

Can any one knows how to over come from this problem.

hi,

Change the Field Type to Rich text.

or

Name the field anything else other than URL.

Hi Saswat,

I can not change the field name and field type because thousands of documents already exist with the form.

Is there any other solution.

Hi,

Then write an agent which will run on all selected document and make doclink of each selected document and paste those doclinks in reqd. place.
