I write this because I have a problem exporting data to excel. Actually, the problem is in the selection of the documents on the view. I wil explain myself: I have two databases (db1 and db2). I save one document in db1 and create (backend, with LoutsScript) one document on the db2. That document I’ve created needs to be approved by the responsable, and that approbation creates one document (LotusScript again) in db1 but with ohte form. Well, on my action to export to excel, I define one view (NotesView), and I call the “getalldocumentsbykey” method to read documents. The problem is in that view doesn’t appears the docs created indb1 with the different form although it fills all the conditions to be read.
If anyone knows why I can’t read those documents in the view, please tell me how create/access those documents.
