I have some problems during registration of new user in Domino 6.5.3 FP1. During registration, the person document is created with success but the user’s database not. The error message is “You are not authorized perform that operation”, but the group of these users have all the rights to make this. What it can be this problem?

You must have DB creation rights on the server. If you are setting quotas on the mail file, you must have DB admin access to the mail file. If you are creating a roaming user, you must have DB admin access on the roaming servers. I’ve actually seen this error with a corrupted mail template, too.
We’ve tried to make this ‘you are not authorized’ error more specific in 7.0

You are probably registering the users using your notes id. This would indicate that your id does not have access to create new databases on the server. This setting can be found in the server document on the security tab. Normally you enter a group in that field (Such as Admin).
