Problem deleting old ToDo

I am having a problem deleting an old Todo in my Notes Database. It’s a repeating group Todo that doesn’t seem to have any child todos. When I click on it and hit the delete button, I get the following error:

“You must select an instance document to perform these actions.”

Has anyone ever seen this? Is there a way to delete this task?

This does work to remove any document, as it circumvents the validations when executing.
