I am attempting to make changes to some rules listed in my configuration settings of my server document, the issue I am running into is that when I attempt to create a new rule I can start the creation, make all of the configuration changes I need, then when I click “ok” it tells me “219: error accessing product object method” I am a member of the “full access” and “administrators” groups of the server document, so what gives?
