Problem after Notes reinstallation

I had problems with my computer and I had to reinstall Notes.
Now, when I run the Notes, this message appears: You cannot login in using the supplied User ID file, smartcard or password.

What is the cause of this problem and what I can do?

Perhaps you don’t have the right user name and password?

You can also clear up notes.ini file and leave the first 4 lines.
