Problem adding person using LDAP

Hello everybody!

After upgrade my Domino server from R5 to R6.5 we cannot do add commands to LDAP, we just can search and update.

After turned on LDAPDEBUG I got the errors below:

Are you writing to the main or a secondary directory?

The configuration documents in each directory, LDAP tab of Default config doc, what is the rule setting it uses when it finds multiple entries? Don’t modify any? I beleive it should be Modify first match.
