I am having a problem accessing NotesItems using LotusScript. I have used doc.HasItem and doc.GetFirstItem(“itemname”) but the script does not see the item on the document. The Item is on the document and the data is fine using the form and in the views. If I go to document properties the field is listed and the data is in the field. Does anyone have an idea what my problem might be?

I can’t really say what the problem is however… here is a snippet that will display the first element within an item that holds text (you know that items are arrays, right?)
