We have created a private view in the users machine. The problem here is when ever we refresh the DB with the new design changes, the private view which we was created in the users machine gets deleted. Again we have to create this private view in the users machine. Every time it is becoming difficult for us to create this private view.
Any suggestions greatly appriciated.

Hi Narasimha,
I think that the template by which you are refreshing the DB does not contains the private view created on the user machine. Open the db into designer and right click the private views you will be able to see Design properties window. Go to the third tab and select the option"Prohibit design refresh or replace to modify". This could solve your problem.

Thanks for you response. But when I create a private view by default “Prohibit design or Refresh to Modify” is enabled by default.
