Private folders

HiIn the application I develop, I wish to achieve this :

For each user, display a view or a folder containing only the user’s documents (no problem with this) BUT only the documents with a creation date between two dates THAT THE USER GIVES (no hard SELECT formula can be used in this case).

I’ve tried with folders getting private at first use, it doesn’t work, I’ve tried to dynamically create the user folder in the code, it doesn’t work too.

It’s like the other workstations can’t execute the code I Have written for view or folder creation or update.

The only solution I’ve found is to create one shared folder by user with the name of the folder containing the name of the user.I don’t think it’s the right solution…

Can someone help me with this ?

If the workstations could execute the code you have written would it work?

Perhaps they need the writes / ability to create public folders in the ACL.

The code works fine on my workstation but only on it. No the ACL of the other workstations is OK and should permit private views and folders creation.

But a message says that the server will not create the index, and the view remains empty.
