If I want to give someone access to a mailfile, but I dont want them to see my folders How can I do that. I know you can create private originally . But if the Folders were created as public is it possible .

You can’t restrict access to data in certain folders. Hiding folders in Notes doesn’t hide the data within them. The other person can simply go to the All Documents view and see all your email in all your folders anyway. The folders being private or public doesn’t matter.
It is, however, possible to Delegate access so that they can see just your Calendar and To Dos, and then ALL of your email will be off limits to them.

Thank you Mike . Sorry for the late reponse. The propblem is that the users need to delegate acces to their inboxes… but do not want the user to browse their personal folders. Is there a way for that.
