I have following views in my db
X—Private when first used
Y—Private when first used
X- Private
Y- Private
on this private view there is no last modified/last modified by in viewlist pan.
I dont know how !?
can any body please clarify me on this.

Subject: Private and Private when first use
When a view is created as “Shared, private first use” - two view show up in the designer view window. Both have a gold key next to them, but one of the gold key’s has a small 1 above it. If you want to edit the view and push the edits out to people using the view, you edit the view w/ the gold key with the one. (After all, it be the ONE) - delete the other view (gold key w/ out the one) when you are ready to push it out- next time people log in, they will get the updated view. Only glitch I have found w/ this is if some has the designer client, it doesn’t delete theirs. (Any comments on that bug would be appreciated) Private views are stored locally in the desktop6.ndk file, I believe, or the bookmark file- check designer help. They can only be edited and/or deleted by the person who “owns” it. It gets grey there as there is limited stuff they can do w/ out the designer client.Tom
