When displaying a view in a Notes client frame, if the view expands beyond the viewable screen (both to the right and down), how do you print the entire view? My only options are to print what is viewable or an actual document within the view.
Subject: Try this…
I’m not sure if this is the answer you’re looking for, but if you right-click on the view you want to print, you’ll be given a dialog box. In this dialog box is radio button group called ‘What to Print’. The default is Selected Documents, but there’s also a selection for ‘Selected View’. Click on that one and it should print out the entire view.
Subject: I tried your response
I did use the feature in Notes Print to print the “selected view”. It did print the part of the view that was below my viewable area, but did not print anything to the right of the viewable area, which means it didn’t actually print the selected view. Any more sugesstions?
Subject: View width has something to do with it
Your view is wider than the page on which you are attempting to print. Perhaps using the landscape option and a smaller font will get you what you need.
Subject: new response
I tried everything with landscape, paper size fonts, etc. The bottom line is that no more than the viewable area to the right of the screen will print. Do you know if this is a bug in notes?
