Here is a fun fact for you.

When printing a selected view - with categories.

If you select only the categories and select more that 199 categories, it will not print. But if you select at least one document everything works fine.

Hope this saves someone the pain I went through

Subject: Workaround for Printing Categories Only

Instead of selecting the categories, assuming you want to print all the categories without printing the documents, choose View\Show\Categories Only from the menubar and then print the view. It will only print the categories.
