I have a user that I recently upgraded to the StdR8 mail template. Now, when she opens an email, and goes to file>print, the email below it in the inbox is printed instead. It appears to be a focus issue. Is there a fix or work around for this issue???She did say that she has the “Show Unread Only” view enabled. Any help is appreciated, Thanks
Update** I found that this is definitely an issue when using the “unread only view”
When opening an email in unread only view, the focus shifts to the next unread email in the inbox, and when she does print preview, it shows the next unread email instead of the one that is currently opened. When she single left clicks in the body of the currently opened email, the print preview shows the correct email to be printed. Is there a fix for this?
