We are in the process of upgrading from 5.08 to 6.5 and have a pilot group of users doing testing. A couple people report that when they print out an email in 6.5 that only a few of the names in the To: area print. Yet when they print it in 5.08, all the names in the To: area print. I’ve searched this forum and have seen a few posts by people reporting strange printing problems but no resolutions. Has anyone experienced this problem and/or have a fix?

I forgot to add this…
If your users decide to keep this OFF because they often receive emails with long lists, they can always turn it on and off for individual emails by doing the following;

Start to print the memo using File, Print.

In the Printer dialog box, click on the tab marked Page Setup.

In the bottom right hand corner of page setup, select or deselect (as required), the option marked;
Expand Names Field Contents.
- Click OK to Print.

this last option you mention would solve one of my problems with Notes.
Too bad though that I am using Release Version 6.0.2 instead of 6.5.
Would you know of a way to exclude the address field from the printout in this version as well ?

On your clients, do the following;

On the Menu, click File, Preferences, User Preferences.

Click on the Basics Tab
-
Look in the box marked Additional Options.
-
Tick the Option marked:
Expand Names Field Contents when Printing.
They snuck this one into 6.5.
