Printing Problem with Emails

Hi,

Is anyone aware of a priniting issue when printing emails.

Ive got a Lotus Notes database that sends out an email to users but users when trying to print it out are saying that each line within the email is being printed out on seperate page, so they are ending up with 10 pages.

What factors do i need to consider to resolve this issue. What are the causes. Im using Lotus Notes 6.5.2. Is this a Lotus Notes bug.

THIS IS AN URGENT ISSUE and any help would be greatly appreciated

Is this happening with every one you sent the mail to or only within your company ? could be the printer driver problem. it seems silly but can happen

We have this database in different countries and it is only happening to one country. In the one country with the problem, all users are having the problems
