Printing problem in notes client 6.5.2

hi all we recently upgraded our lotus 4.5 to 6.5.2 and have upgraded some of our clients to notes 6.5.2 and all the upgraded mail files use inotes6 as mail template . The recent problem i am facing is at the client mail box …say in inbox or send view the cursor is on a document and click file print (since need to print the document) it reports an error saying you cannot quit notes as some windows are opened.please close the window in a dialog box …opens a empty workspace and on clicking that a dialog saying insufficient memory click ok then close the window of workspace …and the document prints …

this problem i am facing in some clients only the others where able to do the same task without any error

can any one help me …

note : i did check the help and it says that insufficient memory dialog might appear if we have opened more that 9 windows …but in All the case that i was reporting i just have one window open thats my mail file

hope some one can help me to fix the problem

Subject: Could it actually be a memory problem?

Last time I did something in R 4.5 was years ago. Are the machines used also of that vintage? How much memory do they have?

all the m/c that has this problem has pretty good memory and hard disk space like 256 MB Ram and 40 gb hard disk …it is more likely somthing with notes which i can’t figure that out that happens when printing
