I have a set of users that prefer to “print” emails (Yes, the old school method of taking an email printing it out and putting it in a folder).
However in the case of multiple replies it is not functioning as it previoulsy would in Notes 6.5. Basically when a user has an email that has several replies, say more than 3 (often has 10 sets of replies). They would then print the email and all the replies would be visable.
Now when the user prints the email it shows the first two sections expanded and then the sections (replies) before those are automatically set so that they are in sections. The users then have to manually expand the sections to get it to print all the replies.
Is there some kind of way to set a preference to allow the expansion of emails so the section (thread of the emails) auto expand. The auto expand toolbar option is grayed out in an email.
