Hi,
I am trying to accomplish a simple task… no luck.
I want to print multiple documents on a single page. When I go to File Print. I get a Document Style Tab which has an option “Print Multiple Pages On One Page” but it is greyed out"
can anyone help please

It’s grey for me also … can you use the “Print continuously …” options instead ?

That option is available, but that does not print multiple documents on a page. it just keeps on printing… which means that you will end up with some text that should be grouped on a different page. I am basically tyring to print signs which should print 2 signs per page. Each sign is related to a notes document.

Well I know why the option is greyed out …
Print each document after the previous one on the same page
Note This option is available only for local applications whose design includes form(s) with the Include in print option selected. It is useful for printing labels from your Contacts. If you are a roaming user, open the local replica of your Contacts to use this option.
Print multiple documents on each page
… but I’m not sure that will enforce breaking to a new page if the current document won’t fit on the existing page. I suspect you would need to ensure that your Form is designed to be exactly 1/x of the length of the part that you are printing to.
