Printing Mails

Hi,

After upgrading our Notes from R5 to 6.5 we are facing following problem while taking print outs of the mails.

  1. Address frame for the memo is not appearing in the printouts.

  2. To, CC, BCC and Subject is not top justifield and its coming in the middle postion. Due to this we are not able to differentiate between To and cc or bcc.

Can any body help me to resolve this problem
