Printing Excel worksheet

Hi,

Am working on automated process for Mail in db, whenever new mail polled agent has to process mail and print attachments, am able to print excel worksheet and all attachments using an action, two questions…

  1. if I want agent to process automatically newely arrived mails, how do I select arrived mail document… (using db.unprocessed don’t work when db is closed).

  2. secondly, for excel worksheet… some excel sheets prompt message for read only, save sheet etc… how to handle these message programatically or avoid them?

Why not set the agent up as a “Before new mail arrives” agent?
